METAL ART/TECHNOLOGY FACILITIES

Room 102 is entirely reserved for the use of the beginning level students enrolled in ART 217. There are sixteen individual benches as well as multiple communal workbenches. There are six separate soldering stations complimented by two large annealing torches, three deep basin work sinks and pickle bath area. In addition to a wide range of hand tools, there is also a bench shear, bending brake, flex shaft, drill press, and rolling mill. There is also a designated critique/student lounge area with reference library.
