ART 475 “Contemporary Women Artists” (formerly “Women Artists of the 20th Century).This is a survey course of contemporary women artists, based on cases studies and in-depth discussion of various works: in painting, installation, performance art, sculpture, ceramics, new media, and film / video art.
ART 476 / ART H 476 “Histories and Theories of Digital Art”. This course specifically focuses on aesthetics of new media art, positioning it as a part of contemporary art practice.
